At A+R, we stand behind the design and quality of our curated collection and offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom orders, floor samples, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer experience team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the product is unused and securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
