Kula in Bosnian means tower, fortification or home and Michele De Lucchi has created a namesake collection of wooden drawer chests based on the idea of creating building blocks. Reflecting Zanat's heritage of woodcraft, the designer creates an arresting effect with simple hand-carved grooves. Flawlessly enveloping the chests to create the unique 3-dimensional sculptural pieces, the perpendicularly positioned sections lend both a beautiful pattern and the warmth and tactility of a hand-made furnishing.
