Antoni de Moragas Gallissà was a noted figure in the architectural renewal of post-war Spain and his few pieces of furniture including his eponymous armchair are considered classics. Moragas envelops the sitter with its curved shape and offers added comfort with low armrests, its contours said to be inspired by ancient Roman baths.
