Description

Top British designer Benjamin Hubert gives this variation of Strand a spherical shape with an opening at the top that's allows illumination to reflect off the ceiling as well as to filter through the porous covering. A cocoon material made up of tiny individual strands is sprayed onto the steel inner framework, for an almost cloud-like appearance. Light is gently diffused through the shade, providing an buoyant glow to the surroundings.
