Poul Henningsen’s 3-shaded pendant debuted in 1925 and his brilliantly conceived adaptations include PH Louvre, first designed for a Denmark church in 1957. Continuing the designer’s aim to create glare-free light to serve where it was most needed, the striking globe fixture is made up of 13 spun-aluminum shades on a chrome-plated frame.
